Before launching Famfluence, Louise built and led a high-performing affiliate team for a national brand, hosted live TikTok sessions, and proved her own chops as a successful affiliate. Today she oversees strategic partnerships, curriculum-style training, and data-driven content strategy, assessing each affiliate’s unique accolades and tailoring a roadmap that widens their niche opportunities with brands.

Matthew Riley
CREATOR WELLBEING COACH
Matthew is an accredited Psychological Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in mental health. He specialises in EMDR and CBT, is a registered mental health nurse, and lectures at the University of Salford — all while creating content himself on TikTok.
With a calm, grounded approach, Matthew brings a wealth of real-world experience to our Famfluence community. He offers guidance on accessing mental health support, shares tools and resources inside our Discord, and helps creators strengthen their confidence and resilience both on and off the platform.
Matthew is currently developing a group programme designed specifically for TikTok affiliates — focused on building self-belief, managing stress, and maintaining a healthy mindset while growing as a creator.

Every new journey at Famfluence starts with the right support — and that’s exactly where our Induction Manager comes in.
This role is dedicated to helping newly linked creators settle into agency life, feel confident with our systems, and make real progress during their first 30 days. From day one, our Induction Manager is your go-to guide — someone friendly, experienced, and ready to answer questions, offer encouragement, and keep you on track as you work through our 4-week onboarding programme.
They’ll be there in our Induction Discord space, cheering you on, helping you find what you need, and making sure you’re never left feeling unsure or alone. Whether it’s your first sample delivery or your first content strategy, this is the person walking alongside you — making sure you feel fully supported before you move into one of our performance tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum).

Community Admin & Live support
Amzy is our brilliant Community Admin, keeping everything running smoothly across the Famfluence Discord and our WhatsApp creator group. She helps with the day-to-day housekeeping that keeps our spaces organised, answers quick questions from members, and tags the right team members into posts that need extra attention.
Her friendly and approachable nature makes her a go-to person for both new and experienced creators who need a little direction or reassurance. Amzy is passionate about maintaining a supportive, positive community vibe — the kind of environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and encouraged.
With her knowledge of TikTok Live streaming, she’s also there to help creators taking their first steps into going live. From setup tips to engaging your audience in real time, Amzy offers simple, practical advice to help you feel confident and ready to shine on camera.
